Mr. Saeed Badiei
My martial arts training began in Iran in my early teen years. I started in the system named Kung Fu "To’A" and then switched to Kyokoshin karate. I moved to Germany and began my Tae Kwon Do training and recieved my 1st degree black belt in 1989. I later moved to the United States and started training in Hapkido in 1990 and reached the level of 5th degree black belt in the Korean art. The martial arts really began to grow due to the emergence of the Ultimate Fighting Championship and I have fortunately had access to train with some of the most experienced martial artists from different systems, including Ju-Jitsu, Greco Roman wrestling, Kali-Escrima, Muy Thai, and Jeet Kun Do. I am not an expert in all these systems, but I took some of their best training methods and applied them to my own teachings.
We are always searching for better and more effective ways to train and teach. I have been teaching martial arts for more than 13 years. I specialize in teaching all ages and have considerable experience working with the physically and mentally challenged students. I believe the martial arts has something to offer for EVERYONE, not just the strong and abled bodied.

What do we teach?
We teach a highly comprehensive martial art drawn from a series of weapon based systems, but is ultimately an open hand system. The training heightens students awareness of their surroundings and teaches them to use their environment as tools for self defense. Everyday objects such as umbrellas, canes, rolled magazines, keys and hair brushes become weapons for self defense in the hands of a properly trained individual. The use of left and right handed techniques will help the student developo coordination. Drills and techniques taught in a fluid, non restrictive manner allows students to enhance their natural attributes and improve their sense of timing, speed, awareness, balance, agility and ultimately, their confidence.
